Acceptable use
SendFiesta may only be used to contact recipients who have provided valid consent or where another lawful basis applies. Purchased, scraped or unlawfully obtained lists are prohibited.
Prohibited activity
Spam, phishing, malware, impersonation, fraud, deceptive subject lines and content that violates applicable law are prohibited.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their campaigns, recipient consent, sender identity, legal notices and compliance with privacy and anti-spam requirements.
Suspension
Accounts may be limited or suspended to protect recipients, platform reputation or infrastructure when abuse, excessive complaints or unlawful activity is detected.
Service availability
Define availability commitments, support levels, billing terms, refunds, limitations of liability and termination procedures before accepting paying customers.
